Biscuits and Gravy
Make Baking Powder Buiscuits and/or Buttermilk Biscuits.
Cook and drain the meat: ground beef, ground sausage, sausage patties, or sausage links.
Remove the cooked meat and use the same pot to make Make a White Sauce for the gravy.
Add the cooked meat to the gravy and serve warm.
Notes
Use some of the fat from the meat instead of butter in the white sauce.
