Southwest Dip

Mix until smooth:

   - 8 oz cream cheese

   - 1 Tbs garlic powder

   - 1 Tbs onion powder

   - 1 Tbs parsley

   - 2 tsp dill weed

   - 1 1/2 tsp taco seasoning

   - 1 tsp salt

   - 1/2 tsp pepper


Mix in:

   - 16 oz sour cream


Fold in:

   - 15 oz corn, drained

   - 15 oz beans, drained and rinsed

   - 1/2 grated cheese

   - 4 green onions, sliced

Notes

Better if made ahead, but fine right away.


Reserve some cheese and/or green onions for the top if you care about presentation.
