Sausage Cheese Balls

Stir together:

   - 3 cups flour

   - 1 1/2 Tbs baking powder

   - 3/4 tsp salt


Cut in with a pastry blender:

   - 3 Tbs butter, cut into pieces


Add to mixture:

   - 1 lb sausage

   - 4 cups shredded cheese

   - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

   - 1/2 cup milk

   - 1/2 tsp rosemary

   - 1/2 tsp parsley


Heat oven to 350° and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.


Shape mixture into balls and place on cookie sheets. Bake 20-25 minutes until bottoms brown. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
