Hot Fudge Cake

Preheat oven to 350°.


In an ungreased 9x13 pan, mix together with a fork:

   - 1 1/2 cups flour

   - 1 cup white sugar

   - 3 Tbs baking cocoa

   - 3 tsp baking powder

   - 1/2 tsp salt


When the dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add in and mix until smooth:

   - 3/4 cup milk

   - 3 Tbs oil

   - 1 1/2 tsp vanilla


Spread out the mixture evenly in the pan and sprinkle over the top:

   - 1 1/2 cups brown sugar

   - 1/2 cup baking cocoa


Pour over everything (do not stir):

   - 2 cups very hot water


Bake until the top is dry, starting to check it after 30 minutes.

Notes

Usually served with ice cream.
