Hasselback Kielbasa Bites

Preheat oven to 425° and line a 9 x 13 dish with parchment.


Make the hasselbacks by slicing 2/3 of the way down every 1/4-inch on:

   - 2 (~14 oz) pieces kielbasa


Every 3 or 4 rings, cut all the way through the kielbasa to make 1-inch bite-sized pieces. 


In a medium bowl, make about 1/2 or 3/4 cups sauce (Honey Garlic, Maple BBQ, Mustard, etc.). Remove 1/3 of the sauce for later and stir the kielbasa pieces into the remaining sauce in the bowl.


Place the bites into the baking dish and bake until browned, about 18-20 minutes.


Remove from oven and stir in remaining sauce.



Notes

It's easier to make the hasselbacks by placing the kielbasa between 2 chopsticks to prevent cutting through the kielbasa completely.


Make extra sauce if you want to have some for dipping.
