In a small bowl, mix:

   - 3 Tbs taco seasoning

   - 3 Tbs flour

   - 1 tsp cocoa powder

   - 1 tsp oregano

Add a little at a time to make a paste:

   - 1 cup water

Pour into a 2 quart sauce pan and add:

   - 2 (more) cups water

Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.

Stir in:

   - 8 oz tomato sauce

Simmer for a few more minutes.
