Cornmeal Mush

In 5 qt pot, bring to boil:

   - 6 cups water

Meanwhile, combine in a bowl:

   - 2 cups cornmeal

   - 1/2 cup flour

   - 2 tsp salt

To the dry mixture, add:

   - 2 cups cold water

Add the cornmeal mixture into the boiling water and stir with a wire whisk continually until mush thickens.

Turn to low, cover, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
