Cornbread

Grease pan and preheat oven to 400°.


Mix dry ingredients together:

   - 2 cups cornmeal

   - 2 cups flour

   - 1/2 cup sugar

   - 2 Tbs baking powder

   - 2 tsp salt


Mix in a measuring cup:

   - 2 cups milk

   - 2/3 cup oil

   - 2 eggs


Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just blended. Pour into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
