Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spread onto it:

   - 10 1/2 oz corn chips

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil:

   - 1 cup sugar

   - 1 cup corn syrup

Remove sugar from heat and mix in:

   - 1 cup peanut butter

When the mixture is smooth, pour over the chips.

In a single layer over the sugar mixture, add:

   - 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Allow the chocolate to melt a little bit and then smooth the chocolate to be a thin layer.

Allow to cool and break into pieces.
