Chicken Stuffing Bake

Make according to package directions:

   - 2 boxes stuffing


Using the same pot, make a white sauce with:

   - 6 Tbsp butter

   - 6 Tbsp flour

   - 1 tsp onion powder

   - 1/2 tsp salt

   - 3 cups milk (or water)


Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a 9 x 13 dish.


Spoon the cooked stuffing onto the bottom of the dish.


On top of the stuffing, place:

   - raw, boneless chicken (breasts or thighs)


Pour the white sauce over the chicken and stuffing.


Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
