Chicken Drumsticks (instant pot)

Combine in a small bowl:

   - 1 Tbs salt

   - 2 tsp paprika

   - 1 tsp garlic powder

   - 1/2 tsp onion powder

   - pinch pepper


Pat dry with papertowls:

   - up to 3 1/2 lbs chicken drumsticks


Mix together:

   - 1 cup water

   - 1 tsp chicken bouillon


Pour water/bouillon mixture into instant pot and the trivet.


Coat the drumsticks with the seasoning mixture. and arrange them on the trivet.


Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Allow to realse naturally for at least 5 minutes.

Notes

Any seasoning mixture is fine.

If using frozen drumsticks, increase cook time to 12 minutes.

For crispy skin, broil for a few minutes when done.
